Domestic Orders
Timeframe for Returns
You may return or exchange a product within 3 days of receiving your order.
Your money will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for return or exchange.
Reverse Pickup Process

Reverse pick-up will be done by us, at no extra charges.

However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.

Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.
Payment Refund Details

For COD orders, COD charges (₹49) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Exclusions - 'Final Sale' Items
Items from the 'Final Sale' section are not eligible for return or exchange.
