Refund & Return Policy

 

At A.G. Enterprises, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please note the following details:

Domestic Orders

Timeframe for Returns

  • You may return or exchange a product within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the return is approved.
  • If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for return or exchange.

Reverse Pickup Process

  • Reverse pick-up will be arranged by us, subject to service availability in your pin code.
  • Only one reverse pick-up will be provided per order.
  • In exceptional cases, if reverse pick-up is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back via a reliable courier.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, customers may request an exchange for size or product within the specified exchange window.

Refund Options & Deductions

  • Customers can choose to receive their refund either as store credit or directly to their bank account.
  • A ₹100 deduction will apply towards shipping and return costs for refunds.
  • For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No cost will be charged for exchanges.

Exclusions – 'Final Sale' Items

  • Items purchased under the ‘Final Sale’ section and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Special Policies

  • First Order: Your first order is eligible for exchange or return, with refund options available.
  • Innerwear: Due to hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear.

International Orders

  • We do not accept any returns for products sold outside India.
  • Defective Items: In case of defects, please contact us at growathleisure@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Refund for Serious Defects: For verified serious defects, the item price will be refunded in the original form of payment after deducting shipping fees.
