Return/Exchange Policy
- The product return/exchange has to be initiated within 3 days from the time of product delivery.
- Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only exchanges are allowed within the exchange window.
- Refund for return will be processed within 5-7 working days from the successful return of the product.
- For prepaid orders, ₹100 will be deducted as processing and return charges.
- Customers can choose to receive their refund either as store credit or directly to their bank account.
